AMP Capital has purchased Stud Park Shopping Centre in Victoria for $154 million on behalf of the Wholesale Australian Property Fund.

The 26,000sqm Stud Park Shopping Centre on 11 hectares of land in Rowville, approximately 30km south east of Melbourne’s CBD, has 58 specialty tenants as well as majors Coles, Woolworths and Kmart.

Wholesale Australian Property Fund Manager Chris Davitt said he expects the solid performance of the centre to continue and take advantage of the higher incomes in the trade area, which are 12% above the Melbourne average.
