A prime Adelaide CBD multi-deck car park with development potential in central Adelaide has sold for $27,001,000. 

The sale price represents a rate per bay of almost $47,000.

Colliers International’s Ian Thomas, Alastair Mackie and Paul Van Reesema sold the Union Street car park located at 52-70 Frome Street in Adelaide.
