Accounting firm BR Wellington leases Richmond commercial office
A vacant two-level commercial building has been leased by Melbourne accounting firm BR Wellington Pty Ltd.
Situated at 177 Burnley Street, the leasing deal negotiated by Gray Johnson agent Rory White will see BR Wellington occupy the property from July.
The property consists of a 1970s office building of 1,230 sqm with six secure off street car parking spaces included at the building, positioned on the corner with Palmer Street.
White says BR Wellington has secured a new 10 year lease at a commencing annual rental of $320,000 net plus GST.
“The leasing is equal to a rate of $260 per square metre with fixed annual increases of four percent,” Mr White added.
The neighbourhood was benefitting from new building developments, refurbishments and strong tenancy demand.
Mr White says that the perceived panache of the area was driving activity.
