Pricey Bellevue Hill ranks as Australia's dearest rental suburb

Bellevue Hill ranks as the priciest suburb with its Median Rent for houses at $1,875 a week.

The Rock in Sydney was the dearest location for apartment rentals, according to CoreLogic.

Sydney took all the top 10 suburbs in both lists.

There is a $3800 a week rental currently on offer in Bellevue Hill at Latimer Road (above).
