The size of a Goodman Group-owned office and warehouse leased by a transport company in Port Melbourne in one of the biggest leasing deals in the area during the past two years. The property, store F at 467 Plummer Street, has been leased for three years with the deal negotiated by Ashley Buller and Lincoln Reynolds of Jones Lang LaSalle at $70 per square metre.

The gross amount skin health products provider Gojo Australasia will pay per square metre to lease a 72-square-metre office at suite 106/460 Pacific Highway in St Leonards on the Sydney north shore. The lease term is two years plus a one-year option. The deal was negotiated by Trent Stephens from Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney on behalf of Toferp Pty Ltd.

 



 

The size of an office suite at 276 Pitt Street leased to real estate firm Maestri Tower Investment Group for $558 per square metre. The deal was negotiated by John Skufris from Ray White on behalf of the Abrams Family.

 



 

The total value of a leasing deal for two industrial warehouses on Mullers Road in Greenacres in Adelaide in a deal arranged by David Ludlow and Todd Grima from CBRE on behalf of Dettorre Investments. Adelaide All Star Cheerleading has leased 120a Mullers Road for a period of three years while Skye Shopfitters and Skye Interiors has leased 120b Mullers Road for five years. Both warehouses have a net letable area of 345 square metres.

 


 

The cost per square metre that Identify Recruitment will pay to lease a 56-square-metre office at 46 Market Street in the Sydney CBD. The financial services recruiter will lease from Telado Pty Ltd on a three-year deal negotiated by John Skufris from Ray White.
