A new record low fixed rate offering is now available at Bankwest, through the broker channel, across two fixed mortgage products.

The two-year fixed rate is now at 4.59%, down 19 basis points, with the three year fixed rate at 4.74%, down 10 basis points, for both the Complete Fixed Home Loan and the Fixed Rate Home Loan.

Borrowers can obtain these rates up to 90% LVR.

The Complete Variable Home Loan currently sits at 4.74%, with a comparison rate of 5.13%.

It is certainly lower than the fixed rates of some of the major banks.

ME Bank’s three-year fixed offering currently sits at 4.59%, also a record low for the lender.
