Western Australia's Salitage Estate winery is on the market through an expression of interest campaign, closing Wednesday 23 September. 

The award winning winery and vineyard is based in Pemberton, south of Perth and is 51 hectares with a 22.86 hectare vineyard planted for Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc wines. The property also includes a custom-built three level winery and cellar door, main residence, manager’s residence, staff accommodation and four accommodation suites.  

The property is being sold through CBRE’s Phil Melville and David Kennedy with VNW Independent’s Steve Vaughan and Hugh Ness.
