There are still some suburbs with cheap median prices, as you can see from the below list of 13 suburbs where median unit prices are under $200,000.

The statistics, from RP Data, are all from suburbs where sales of 10 or more units have taken place.

Of course, just because it's cheap doesn't mean you should buy it; ensure you do your due diligence.
