The Landmark St Leonards to launch stage 2

Developers New Hope VIMG will launch stage 2 of its new $600M The Landmark St Leonards north of Sydney this Saturday which includes four penthouses and 'sky homes' on levels 30 to 44.

The Landmark is designed by A+ Design Group with 54 percent of property already sold and will feature a public art space, bars, restaurants and high-end boutiques.

The development, when complete, will feature 475 apartments over 46 floors.

A VIP launch for stage 2 has been scheduled for July 9 2016. Demolition begins this month (July) with construction beginning early 2017.
