A classic beach house on the Sunshine Coast has been snapped up by a local buyer for $4 million.

The 3 Wilson Avenue property at Caloundra’s Dicky Beach comprises four bedrooms and is set on a 1,249 sqm site over two adjoining lots. It was sold after 33 years of ownership.

The elevated position combines sweeping views north to Point Cartwright and south to Moffat Beach with beachfront access.

The marketing campaign was conducted by Peter Neale of Savills Residential.

Neale said Wilson Avenue at Dicky Beach is among the most tightly held of all beachfront addresses on the Sunshine Coast.

“These types of properties just don’t come to market very often,” he said.

“The established beach house provides a relaxed setting to enjoy the prime beachfront location and lifestyle with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas and an expansive deck running along the back of the house to enjoy the amazing ocean views and sea breezes,” he said.
