The celebrity stylist Sibella Court can't find a buyer for her redundant rustic Paddington corner terrace even by lowering the asking price by almost $300,000.

The Victorian-era shopfront home, which helped launch Court’s The Society Inc, came onto the market several months ago at $1.65 million given her base now is in a vast warehouse at St Peters. The asking price now sits at $1.365 million.

She resides in Bondi in a shared mansion with her partner, Ben Harper, and their daughter, Silver.

The redundant two-storey, home-cum-shopfront remains listed through BresicWhitney agent Darren Pearce by the host of the ABC's Restoration Australia who bought it in early 2008 for $900,000 from publican Peter Wadsworth, after she'd returned from a decade in New York as a homewares stylist.
