Scotts Head ranks as NSW's slowest selling house market

The slowest selling private treaty market for houses in New South Wales is Scotts Head, with an average 196 days on market with a median price of around $329,000, but on the improve.

Scotts Head is a coastal village of the Nambucca Shire local government area in the mid North Coast region of New South Wales.

According to the CoreLogic RP Data, Berrigan followed with a median of $125,000 with 193 days on market.
