Monson Property Group has launched its latest residential development, Evie Apartments, in Port Melbourne.

The project managed 10 off the plan sales at a well-attended launch this week through selling agent Rebecca Pugh.

Located only 100 metres from the bay on Rouse Street, the 36 apartments will be spread across five levels.

Monson Property Group has teamed up with architect RotheLowman and interior designers Hecker Guthrie to deliver a ‘raw to refined’ look through exposed concrete, recycled timber, glass and metal.

The apartments will feature limed oak floorboards, Smeg appliances and ceramic benchtops.

One-bedroom apartments start from $499,000 and two-bedroom apartments start from $630,000.

Apartments range in size from 50 square metres to 75 square metres.

“We took our cues from the raw materials and brought it into the living space,” says Hecker Guthrie’s founding director Hamish Guthrie.

“From our perspective it was about adding that next layer of refinement through the attention to detail to the joinery, fixtures and fittings.”

“The fresh and neutral colour palette is both a nod to the bayside location and an opportunity for residents to bring their own colour and personality into the space,” says Guthrie.

Located five kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, the north-facing development offers views over the city skyline.

“Evie Apartments is one of the last sites available for development in the Bay Street precinct, so buyers need to be quick if they want to buy into this highly sought after part of Port Melbourne,” says Monson Property Group director Simon Mehegan.
