The new development at Hamilton's Portside Wharf has sold its final luxury penthouse.

Developed by Brookfield Residential Properties, Pinnacle has sold more than $10 million worth of apartments in recent months.

Two river terraces sold for a combined $1.5 million and eight two bedroom apartments were also part of influx of sales.

The recent $2 million sale was the last of the five penthouses on over, which combined totalled a sale price of over $10.7 million.

The luxury residence sold for between $1.7 million and $2.5 million.

Brookfield Residential Properties' general manager Lee Butterworth put the sale down to the lure of riverfront living.

The 15 level building is topped with an exclusive rooftop swimming pool, barbecue, entertainment area and gymnasium.

Sales in Pinnacle have reached $119 million with remaining apartments priced from $650,000 for two bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure car parking.

Located six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, Pinnacle is the sixth residential stage of Portside Wharf after Loft, Infinity, Flare, Promenade and Link.
