Perth listings ease off: CoreLogic

Perth has turned the corner possibly, with the number of listings now sitting at less than this time last year, according to CoreLogic's latest report.

The property data firm says that the number of Perth's new listings has decreased by 7.8 percent to 4,233 and the total listings have declined by 2.2 percent.

Hobart has the highest decrease of total listings in the last 12 months.

The property data firm says that Hobart’s total listing has dropped by 23.5 percent to 1,693.

This is despite an increase of 8.8 percent in the number of new listings.

Brisbane is the only place that has reported an increase in total listings with a rise of 6.1 percent.
