The 1990s built home at 42 Magdalena Crescent last traded for $177,500.

It sold for its asking price after 51 days on the market.

Set on 570 sqm, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan family and dining area.

The dining space opens to a rear verandah and the yard on 570 sqm.

Paralowie has a median house price of $302,000, according to CoreLogic.
