Pacific Bondi Beach appoints QT Hotels & Resorts as hotel component operator

The $440 million Pacific Bondi Beach development has appointed QT Hotels and Resorts as the operator of the hotel component.

The residential, hotel and retail development will feature 69 one- and two-bedroom hotel apartments ranging from $590,000 to $800,000.

Hotel apartments range in size from 38 square metres to 100 square metres, with hotel guests having access to a health club, gym, pool and concierge.

Some 12 of the 69 apartments will have the option of a dual key configuration.

Pacific Bondi Beach will comprise of 94 apartments, a 69-apartment hotel and a two-level retail and restaurant complex.

Buyers have a choice of units starting from beach pad studios of 35 to 44 square metres starting at $550,000.

The developer is Capitel Group's director Eduard Litver in partnership with Allen Linz of Rebel Property Group.

The residential, hotel and retail project has been designed by Andrew Andersons of PTW Architects.

Pacific Bondi Beach holds the title of selling the highest priced apartment in Australia at $21 million to boutique investment fund manager Will Vicars.

Construction is due to commence in September/October, with a scheduled completion date of early 2016.
