Staff ReporterOctober 13, 2019

Apartments in Neutral Bay have started to stabilise following the end of the downturn.

The median apartment price in the exclusive lower north shore suburb bucked the trend of the wider Sydney market which began declining in 2017.

Prices rose until mid-2018 when the median unit price hit $1,087,5000, according to CoreLogic.

Two months later the median dropped to $1 million.

There was a bounce back in prices in late 2018 before the longer slower decline began, seeing the median drop down to $950,000.
