A Baynton four bedroom house has been sold by mortgagees for $590,000.

The West Australian mining town home was sold by the agent Coral Howe from Ray White.

It was on the market for around 180 days initially seeking $650,000.

It had last sold at $205,000 in 2009.

It had been a $1400 a week rental offering in the boom.

Located at 19 Brushtail Street, Baynton, Baynton West Primary School, parks and the Pam Buchanan centre are within a short walking distance. 

It comes with four bedrooms, open living area and a game room. 

Other features include outdoor speakers in the ceiling, stainless steel draws and the heated pool.

The suburb's median house price sits on $405,000, according to CoreLogic.

There was another four-bedroom mortgagee sale at Baynton last year, sold at $417,000.
