Melbourne home values dip 0.6% this week: CoreLogic RP Data

Capital city home values in Melbourne have dipped 0.6% this week compared to last, according to figures released by CoreLogic RP Data.

Sydney values have increased 0.5% when compared to last week, amounting to a monthly change of 1.9%, a year to date change of 14% and an annual change of 18.1%

Home values in Brisbane remained flat, Adelaide increased 0.3% and Perth values fell 0.4%.
