Choice Homes is offering a live feed for online viewers to watch infrastructure developments in their Camelot development in Coomera.

Camelot of Amity is a masterplanned residential community in the Northern Gold Coast growth corridor.

The billion plus dollar Coomera Town Centre, Stage 1, is to be completed later this year and a 5-minute drive from Camelot.

Stage one of Camelot's release, a total of 41 lots, has only 14 left, priced from $502,540.

According to Choice Homes the development is close to the new Coomera East shopping centre, with a Woolworths supermarket and six specialty stores, including a BWS liquor store, chemist, Sushi Train and other convenience outlets.

The area is also home to numerous primary and secondary schools, the Coomera Marine Precinct and a modern TAFE campus.

The 60ha Coomera Town Centre – designed with a focus on business, livability and community – is now under construction and close to Camelot of Amity.

The flagship of the planned town centre is a new 100,000sqm Westfield shopping centre, anchored by a 12,000sqm Myer department store. The centre will also include government and commercial offices, medical facilities and education facilities close to the existing Coomera Railway Station.
