Steve McCann, chief of the international property group Lendlease, has listed his four level Cremorne property.

The harbourfront comes with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two offices and a library. The property features numerous terraces leading to the boatshed with slipway, plus a 100-year-old sandstone tidal pool.

He bought the then newly completed home from Platino's George Revay. The home, on 859 sqm on the southern shores of Long Bay, was bought in 2009 for $5.6 million, shortly after becoming the group's chief executive.

Piers Van Hamburg of McGrath Neutral Bay has the listing with $6 million plus price guidance. Offers close December 7.
