Lalor Park ranked as the nation's most distressed suburb, according to Investar.

It suggests Lalor Park's has discounted listings which accounts for 60 per cent of the total.

The suburb's median house sits at $680,000, with 6.33 per cent growth over the past year.

The suburb's median house price sits at $880,000, which has grown by 2.3 per cent over the past year.
