A mortgagee house in Kogarah, built almost 100 years ago is has sold following an auction campaign.

Located at 18 Rocky Point Road, it features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a carport, and a lawn.

The house is in a medium-to-poor condition and came with a $900,000 price guide.

However it sold for $881.000.

The total block comprises of 446 square metres.

Built in 1925, the residence last sold in 2004 for $488,000.

Kogarah’s median house price is $1.175 million.
