The property at 867 Glenferrie Road, had been listed through Savills.

Savills sold the 2,836 sqm holding for an undisclosed price to a local buyer.

Butleigh Wootton, a Kew Icon had been listed by mortgagees with an indicative selling price of $10 million to $11 million.

It is offered by Clinton Baxter and Nick Peden from Savills.
