The Chapter Group have commenced construction on their Prahran project, Ukiyo.

Located at 2 Porter Street, Ukiyo offers twelve half or full-floor configurations with prices beginning at $2.1 million for a three-bedroom apartment.

Designed by K2LD Architects, Ukiyo is inspired by the Japanese Ukiyo-e art movement, offering carved qualities and “living walls”, the marketing reads.

The project’s offering include full floors bathed in natural light, 270 degree views and custom detailed wardrobes.

The home’s interiors use vertical fluted timbers and horizontal black lines to contrast materials.

Only two apartments remain in the project, with Chapter Group sales representative Lucas Burton holding the listing.

Other projects by K2LD include Nest at the Hill in Doncaster, developed by Sin Heng Chan.

The project offers 253 residences spread across 12 floors.
