Greenland brings global expertise to Lachlan's Line
Global property developer Greenland Australia is set to reveal plans of their Macquarie Park mixed use community Lachlan's Line featuring some 2,700 apartments.
Lachlan's Line, bounded by Wicks, Epping and Delhi roads, as well as the M2 freeway, is a 1.53 hectare site which will be will developed in two stages.
The first two stages consist of approximately 900 apartments across six towers ranging in height from seven to 17 storeys, and 6,000 sqm of ground floor retail.

Greenland Australia managing director Sherwood Luo said that the company identified Macquarie Park as one of Sydney’s key growth areas given the well-established services and transport available in the suburb.
“Lachlan’s Line residents will be incredibly well connected as the site is serviced by two major train stations and numerous bus routes," he said.
"North Ryde train station is only 250 metres away, providing direct access to Epping, Chatswood, North Sydney the Sydney CBD and Parramatta and Macquarie Park Train Station and bus interchange is only 1.2km or 10 minutes’ walk away.
