Founded in Shanghai, China, in 1992, the Greenland Group is a global Fortune 500 company that manages projects in over one hundred cities in nine countries. These include Australia, USA, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Canada, UK, and Malaysia.

The somewhat recent Australian extension of the business, Greenland Australia, was established in 2013 and is based in Sydney, where it is known for its flagship Sydney CBD project, ‘Greenland Centre Sydney.’ This development is currently under construction and will become one of the highest standing residential towers in the CBD, rising 66 storeys (235 metres).

Greenland Group is also developing ‘Park Sydney’ in Erskineville, one of the most significant urban renewal projects in Sydney, in collaboration with GH Australia, and recently completed its landmark ‘Omnia’ project in Potts Point.

Greenland also has projects in development, which include ‘nbh at Lachlan’s Line’ in Macquarie Park, and ‘Primus Hotel Sydney,’ ‘Lucent North Sydney,’ and ‘Leichhardt Green.’
