A Glenmore Park, NSW home has sold under the mortgagee auction hammer.

The four bedroom, two bathroom house sold for $607,000.

Geoffrey Blaauw and Hayden Green of Response RE marketed the listing.

Situated at 22 Woodlands Drive, the property sold on June 29.

Set on 660 sqm, the one story house ""offers a large backyard with potential for an alfresco area (STCA)," according to the listing.

The house was first sold in 1994 by the Housing Department for $80,000.

It was then sold in 1995 for $82,500.

Last listed for rent in May 2018, the asking price was $500/pw identical to the price in 2015, which was an increase on the 2011 asking rental price of $450/pw.

The median price for a home in Glenmore Park is $735,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 6.8%.
