A open parcel of land in Silverdale, that used to be a nudist retreat, has yet to sell having hit the market earlier this year.

Located at 256 Avoca Road, the rural retreat offers 25.19 hectares of land.

It also comes with a residence on-site and is being marketed by Ray White Commercial South Sydney Sales Agent Peter Kotzias.
