Combined capital city preliminary auction clearance rate of 72.1%: CoreLogic RP Data

CoreLogic RP Data has reported a combined capital city preliminary auction clearance rate of 72.1% for the week ending 13 September from a total of 2,615 auctions.

The weekend market indicator summary from CoreLogic RP Data found clearance rates are down from this time last year when a 72.3% clearance rate was recorded from 2,080 auctions.
