Coastal auctions dominate limited January weekend offerings

McGrath had a scheduled Umina Beach auction last weekend.

There was a price guide of between $750,000 and $825,000.

It is now for sale with the same price guide.

The Umina Beach home sparked summer interest appearing on the realestate.com.au report as the second most popular searched auction property in Australia.

The newly renovated property at 97 Greenhaven Drive when the vendors purchased the four-bedroom property as an original 1970s red brick home.

Most of the limited weekend auction stock was at coastal localities around Australia.

Through in Brisbane, a Carseldine home - marketed as "make no mistake, this property WILL be SOLD" - was passed in at $750,000.

The 51 Dannenberg Street homes (pictured above) attracted two bidders for it's 700 sqm.

The five bedroom, four bathroom home last sold at $275,000 in 2006.

This weekend sees a home close to the surf at Peregian Beach for auction.

Agent Kerry Glover of North Shore Realty described Lorikeet Drive as arguably one of Peregian’s most prestigious addresses.

It was being offered as perfect for renovation.

There is also an investment block in Mission Beach.

The 21-23 Porter Promenade offering consists of four apartments made up of two titles listed through Dick Williams of Ray White Mission Beach.
