City living comes to Seven Hills with Mason Apartments

Civic Properties has launched the $85 million Mason Apartments, a 138 apartment building over six levels in Sydney's western suburb of Seven Hills.

The development, 1 – 11 Olive Street is set within Civic Properties’ $250 million planned community The Hills Village.

Apartments are available in a range of one, two and three bedroom configurations and all offer balconies of up to 58 square metres.

One bedroom apartments will be priced from $485,000 to $520,000 with internal areas ranging from 50 to 68 square metres.

Two bedroom apartments start at $564,000 for a 75 square metre apartment and extend to $670,000 for 110 square metres.

Three bedroom apartments range in price from $690,000 to $750,000 with internal sizes from 99 to 107 square metres.

The buildings were designed by GM Architects with Fordree Design Group responsible for the interior

Daniel Ferris, Developments Manager of Civic Properties said the vision was to provide high quality apartments at an affordable price range will attract a range of buyers, especially first home-buyers. 

Kitchens are over-sized with all offering an abundance of storage space, feature splashbacks and waterfall stone benchtops. All apartments feature complete internal joinery cabinetry in laundry areas, internal and secure basement storage, LED lighting throughout, linear style air conditioning and NBN capabilities.

Construction of Mason Apartments is set to commence in March, 2017 with expected completion in October, 2018.

A sales office is located on-site at 1 Olive Street, Seven Hills and is open from 10am – 4pm from Tuesday to Sunday or by appointment.
