Choice Homes wins HIA award for first apartment build

Choice Homes has won the 2018 HIA Gold Coast and Northern Rivers Housing Awards/ Apartment Complex of the Year.

This was Choice Homes' first go-round at building apartments.

The complex at 101 Pohlman Street, Southport (pictured above and below) is made up of 12 two bedroom units and six one bedroom units.

It is located near new developments and public transport links such as the Gold Coast Light Rail as well as the Coomera Town Centre project.

The apartments have been selling since July of 2017 and have ranged in prices from $364,000 to $497,900.
