The sales represents a reduction in the value of $54,000 compared to the previous sale price.

Jared Candlin and Michael Clarke marketed the unit.

Set on 74 sqm, the abode successfully sold under the auction hammer on August 18.

The home was listed as a rental as recently as 2014 and 2015 seeking $395/pw, less than what it sought when it was listed as a rental in 2012/2013 when it asked for $420-$435/pw

Last sold in 2011, the unit transacted for $389,000.

The median sale price for a home in Bulimba is $600,000, according to CoreLogic
