One of the priciest Blacktown homes to sell was a five bedroom home that sold through Starr Partners agents Daniel Formosa and Jake Webster (above.)

The home at 45 Kurrajong Crescent fetched $830,000 after having a bidders guide of $795,000.

Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, which had seen figures in the late 70 percent to early 80's, could only manage to shift just over 70 percent of its stock.
