Balgowlah Heights and Donvale in the spotlight for this weekend's Property Tycoon auction tipping

There has been plenty of interest for 16 Pisces Court, Donvale, with close to 100 groups of potential buyers taking a look and many returning for a second peek.

The property will go to auction this weekend and is featured in this week's Property Tycoon auction tipping competition.

It's the website, www.propertytycoon.com.au, where punters can guess five auction results in Melbourne and Sydney, with no outlay. It's mostly about testing your market knowledge with a small cash prize as a sweetener.

The amount of interest in the Donvale house (pictured below) suggests there will be a good level of competition for this one when the auction begins on Saturday.

Meanwhile, an exclusive address and luxury living could be added to your portfolio when 2 Fisher Street, Balgowlah Heights (pictured below) goes under the hammer.
