Ben Genser, director of architecture firms Genser and Associates, is selling his contemporary Richmond home.

It is a new three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse at 10 Huckerby Street.

With large living spaces, home office, kitchen with European appliances, rooftop entertaining terrace, and views of the suburb, Monique Depierre of Kay & Burton expects $1.65 million plus.

The average house price in Cremorne is $945,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
