Adelaide's cheapest - a three bedroom Smithfield house for $142,500

A three bedroom house at Smithfield sold for $142,500 was Adelaide’s and the nation's cheapest weekend auction sale.

Built in 1980 it was last sold in 1995 for $56,000 featuring three bedrooms.

The median price of a house in Smithfield is $245,000.

This is a drop of $5,000 compared to last year to date when the median price was $250,000.

The property at 19 Adaluna Crescent has 420 sqm.

It was offered through LJ Hooker agent Ryan Stapleton with $110,000 price guidance.
