Shaynna Blaze picks Max and Karstan's apartment as the top seller in The Block Glasshouse

The Block Glasshouse judge Shaynna Blaze predicts Maxine and Karstan's apartment will attract lots of bidders, perhaps putting it ahead of the competition at tomorrow's auction.

Blaze, or "Shaynna from Wantirna" to some, told TV Week that the aspect and size of the apartment apartment at 3/121-127 High Street Prahran will appeal to buyers.

"I think there are going to be more people bidding for Max and Karstan's apartment due to the size of it, and it's north facing," she said.

Max and Karstan's apartment has 237 square metres of space. In The Block Glasshouse, first time renovators Chantelle and Steve took out the competition with their north facing apartment.

While Blaze thinks Max and Karstan's apartment will draw in buyers, she admitted that Carlene and Michael's styling made their apartment her favourite.

"I absolutely love it," she told TV Week.

“Just to walk in to it as a family home – I think that’s what they’ve done beautifully."
