Broadbeach Waters is a suburb of the Gold Coast, located in Queensland, Australia. The suburb is situated on the Pacific Ocean coastline and stretches from Surfers Paradise in the north to Southport in the south. The Broadbeach Waters area was originally settled by farmers who grew pineapples and other crops. With the development of Surfers Paradise during the late 1950s and early 1960s, Broadbeach Waters experienced a population growth as people were displaced by Surfers Paradise's high-rise buildings. In 1987, Broadbeach Waters was proclaimed as a suburb.

The suburb has a number of features including two schools (Kurrawa State School and St Hilda's School), a shopping centre (Broadwater Park Shopping Centre), parks and sporting facilities. It is also home to the Gold Coast Turf Club which stages thoroughbred horse racing meetings throughout the year.
