Far East Consortium has been developing Australia’s urban skylines for over 25 years, focusing on landmark urban renewal redevelopment valued at several billion dollars.

Previous winners of the Best Urban Green Space in Australia for their Green Roof at Upper West Side, Australian Institute of Horticulture, the garden includes over 12,000 plants and more than 230 different species.

The company places a significant emphasis on sustainability as exemplified by their Place to Plate initiative that involves collecting waste from the retailers in the Upper West Side Place and composting it through the world's largest worm farm, which grows food for the restaurant below. They are also well-known for the Queens Wharf development in Brisbane and Regency Towers, Flinders Wharf Apartments, Royal Domain Plaza, Royal Domain Tower, and Northbank Place.

The companies latest project is located on the south-east side of The Star Gold Coast, Epsilon. The Star Residences is a premium address on the Gold Coast, which is soon to be completed.
