Newcomer NoBa is set to make a statement in Balwyn North, the product of a joint collaboration between DKO Architecture and developer DCF Property. The building’s unique facade will attract attention on the streetscape, thanks to the striking curved balconies that create a ripple effect.
The sophistication of the exteriors carries into the interiors, which are fitted out with timber floors and stone kitchen counters. Comprising 50 residences spread across five floors, these apartments were built around a minimalistic aesthetic upon which residents can layer their own style and preferences.

DCF Property is an Australian property developer in Melbourne that specilises on property for owner-occupiers and investors in collaboration with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and project managers.
