The award-winning team at Hayball delivers a contemporary interpretation of Richmond's iconic, industrial past, its restored warehouses, tree-lined back streets, and heritage homes.

Frame is truly a boutique offering, comprising of 37 luxury two and three bedroom apartments and multi-level penthouses that set new standards in modern living. In a deliberate departure from local design trends, a harmonious balance of concrete, steel, timber, and glazing dresses the façade to bring a timelessly contemporary architectural expression to Richmond's most prestigious neighbourhood.

The building form is set around a centralized, ground level courtyard garden, a serene presence that extends itself to the upper levels via glazing that runs the height of the building. The atrium-like space transports natural light and tranquil green spaces into the heart of the project. Jack Merlo, one of Australia’s most celebrated landscape artists brings his award winning design nuance to Frame.
