Meet the team behind Brilliant Hawthorn - 30 Lilydale Grove, Hawthorn
Topgan was established in 2009 in Melbourne but has previous experience in developing high rise projects in China for 20 years beforehand. Topgan focuses on residential and mixed-use projects, having worked with numerous designers, planners, and project managers. Their director Fei Gan has a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Property along with a wide range of experience in the property and construction industries. He also specialises in development management.
Topgan is currently developing a nine-level mid-rise called Brilliant Hawthorn at 30 Lilydale Grove in Hawthorn East and a seven-level mid-rise called Windsor Terrace at 172 High Street in Windsor.
Windsor Terrace is designed by Hayball and features 68 apartments spread across seven floors with a ground-level that will feature boutique retailers.
