Williamstown,&nbsp;Melbourne’s first port settlement,&nbsp;has experienced significant price growth over the years, making it an attractive place to live for families, professionals, and retirees.

Williamstown has managed to keep a lid on its population over the last decade. The 2011 census found just over 13,000 residing in Williamstown. The latest census figures show almost a 10 per cent growth over the last decade, the population now nearly 14,500.
