The Brisbane-based former Wallabies captain Stephen Moore has listed what was once billed as his Paddington forever home.
It is reportedly expected to fetch somewhere between $3 million and $4 million.
It was only in July this year when, after living in 12 different properties over the past decade, the Queensland rugby legend and his wife, advised they were putting down roots, having finished building "their forever home" in the sought-after suburb of Paddington.
“We were talking about this dream for so long,” Moore told The Courier-Mail.
Moore told the local paper they planned to live in the home for at least the next decade.
“After all this time, we’ve got a place we can call home — and that’s a really good feeling.”

The newly built five-bedroom and three-bathroom contemporary, three-level house has views of the city skyline.
Its five bedrooms are spread across the three levels of the home that replaced a rundown 1930s cottage.
The master wing, complete with ensuite and study nook, is accessed by a bridge.
Moore says it is time to sell as his family of three children needed more space.
The former player turned corporate pastoralist has a bigger block of land back at Bardon.

“We are looking at doing a potentially bigger thing at Bardon, looking for a bit more space with three young kids under seven years … and (with) two young boys running around we made the decision to get a bigger plot,” Moore told The Weekend Australian.
“It will be a similar type of project.”
Moore, who played more than 125 tests, bought the existing timber house on 405sq m in Howard Street 10 years ago, which he rented out while he was living in Canberra playing rugby for the Brumbies.
He spent three years planning with its design by Brisbane architect Tim Stewart.
It was built by Graya Construction.

“We are doing it now because the home still presents as new; we thought it was the right time. We will probably have to rent nearby and we will stay in the area.”

Following his retirement in 2017, Moore moved into the corporate world. He is general manager for corporate and commercial at The North Australian Pastoral Company.

The young Wallaby exit from Brisbane property investment for Japan is a rounded trend.
Japan based former Wallaby Hugh McMeniman has recently sought to offload his Brisbane investment apartment.
The former Western Force lock indicated a willingness to take a hit on the <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-qld-fortitude+valley-123811054" target="_blank">Fortitude Valley apartment</a> (above and below) that cost $540,000 off the plan in 2012.
It was listed in the mid-$400,000's, by McMeniman who has been based in Japan since 2014 when he joined Honda Heat.
It was initially listed late last year with $499,000 plus hopes.
Set on the top level of the Precinct Apartments, the 72 sqm unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with city views.

Newstead Realty agent Robert Lamprecht advised it was being sold tenanted at $480 a week.
McMeniman, nicknamed 'Madness', and wife Georgia spent $1.45 million on a four bedroom home in Auchenflower last year.
He has represented the Wallaby's 22 times.
The Melbourne-based Wallabies star Sean McMahon is also offloading his Brisbane investment property as he prepares to move to Japan. 
He bought the two-bedroom apartment in Norman Park off-the-plan for $629,000 last year. It is tenanted until May next year at $510 per week, making it appealing for investor buyers.
Ray White New Farm agent Meaghan Bakker said Reside by Mosaic was a boutique apartment complex.

Japan based former Wallaby Hugh McMeniman can't sell Brisbane investment

Wallabies back-rower Sean McMahon is offloading his two bedroom investment apartment in Norman Park.
The 23 year old, who has played 17 tests for the Wallabies since his debut in 2014, paid $629,000 for the apartment off the plan last year
Finished earlier this year, the 108 sqm apartment in the boutique Mosaic development is being marketed by Ray White New Farm agent Meaghan Bakker.
Two bedroom units are currently selling in the building from anywhere between $630,000 to $662,000.
McMahon said he is selling because he is moving to Japan early next year after being linked to a club in their Top League.
He currently plays for the Melbourne Rebels in the Super Rugby.
