Adjacent to the Sturt Mall Shopping Centre, the building has a site area of 653 sqm. 
It has a gross lettable area of 1,000 sqm and makes a gross income of $145,454 pa. 
The listing agents are Andrew Palmer of Savills and Jill Toohey of Knight Frank.
It last sold for $825,000 in 2003, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Another property at <a href="https://www.realcommercial.com.au/property-offices-nsw-wagga+wagga-502473274" target="_blank">48 Trail Street</a> is on the market with expectations of $2.5 million.
