Cider House, a country estate on the Mornington Peninsula, sold at recent auction for $2,180,000. 
There were five bidders for the <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-vic-tuerong-128359074" target="_blank">Tuerong listing</a> which was among the most viewed offerings on <a href="http://realestate.com.au/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?hl=en-GB&amp;q=http://realestate.com.au&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1529534896827000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFkbT0S4nrDEPw1RRe8x1b0dr9dIw">realestate.com.au</a>. It was bought by an Armadale couple with a young child. McEwing Partners Mornington agents Dean Phillips and Amy Day sold the estate. 
Vendors Aaron and Carolyn Miglioranza bought the two hectare horse paddock in 2009.
It is now a fully irrigated 282 apple tree orchard with 14 varieties of apples planted in 2015.
When fully mature, the trees will crop anywhere between 120 kilograms to 200 kilograms annually which could possibly reap around $84,000 per annum for all of the apples, cider and eating. The property has 160,000 litre water tanks.
There's also a five year old, pavilion-style home from Harkaway Homes with wraparound verandah, extensive shedding and chook house. The 18 chooks are set to stay!

Denistoun Park, the 28 ha Mornington Peninsula property stabling the horses of Jason Warren Racing, has been listed for sale.
The Tuerong property is located at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-other-vic-tuerong-7851142" target="_blank">355 Balnarring Road</a>, an hour from Melbourne.
Jason Warren and wife, Yasmin purchased Denistoun Park in 2010.
"It wasn't a decision we took lightly," <a href="https://jasonwarrenracing.com.au/trainer-profile" target="_blank">he told TVN's Jason Richardson</a>.
It is a prime thoroughbred racing property previously leased to horse trainers, the Freedman Brothers.
Set at the end of a towering gum drive, the property offers a 1650 metre irrigated grass track, sand track, 68 stables, 60 meter straight pool, two walkers, sand arena and 60 post and rail paddocks with loose books providing a unique onsite training and spelling options.
It is near Balnarring Beach.
The property is offered through RT Edgar agents Lisa Fraser-Smith and Holly Longmuir.
Offers are due 10 November.
A lease back is possible.
