The Bachelor fitness guru couple Sam and Snezana Wood are selling their Melbourne home, with plans to upsize given their recent announcement they're having a second baby.

The Edwardian cottage in Elsternwick (above and below) last sold for $1,625,000 in 2015 when it stayed in the reality TV family.

The home had been a renovation project for renovation queens Sasha and Julia, who completely restored the 1915 built home before appearing on The Block.

The modern home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on its 345 sqm parcel.

WhiteFox Real Estate Stonnington agents Marty Fox and Lana Samuels are marketing the home with a guide of $1.75 million to $1,925,000.

Fox says the home will be snapped up faster than a table at the famed, and nearby, restaurants Attica.

There's whispers the couple are the mystery buyers of a nearby $3.3 million 1900s Victorian mansion (below).

The main house has four bedrooms with a swim spa in the landscaped gardens.

Sam and Snez met on the 2015 series of The Bachelor and wed a couple of months ago in Byron Bay.

Bachelor couple Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski upgrading in Elsternwick

The Perth home of last year's Bachelor Richie Strahan is under contract with rumours circulating he is moving to Melbourne.
It won't be to be closer to The Bachelor winner Alex Nation however - who after the couple's recent split has declared she is in a relationship with her Frankston Bombers teammate Maegan Luxa.
Strahan, a rope access technician, built the Cloverdale home in 2015 at the <a href="https://reiwa.com.au/278a-hardey-road-cloverdale-3960129/" target="_blank">rear of a 1040 sqm parcel</a> he paid $420,000 for in 2008.
He renovated the two bedroom home at the front of the block and rented it while living in the new build that features a home theatre.
Now he's selling the four bedroom home 10 kilometres east of Perth. He is set to keep the front house as an investment.
Welsh Real Estate agent Robin Welsh was handling the marketing with a price range in the mid to high $500,000s. 
Strahan chose Melbourne-born single mum Alex Nation over Perth born real estate agent Nikki Gogan in last year's final.

Perth real estate agent and one of the favourites to win Richie's heart on The Bachelor is currently in a battle with her ex-fiancee on how to divide their property assets.
They currently have two properties in Nikki's home town of Northam, totalling just shy of $1 million.
The first property was bought in 2007, and cost the then couple $540,000.
It's a four bedroom, two bathroom home, which was leased in December 2015 through Nikki's real estate agency at $500 a week.
They then paid $406,000 in 2013 for a slightly smaller three bedroom, two bathroom home.
It was too listed for rent at Howlett and Lawrence First National for $435 per week in December 2015.
Nikki has owned a home independently since 2008, when she paid $350,000.
The four bedroom, two bathroom home has been leased consistently for $390 a week since June last year.
If Gogan is to be the last one standing with a rose, she's likely to head to Strahan's impressive portfolio.
He bought his Cloverdale for in 2008 for $420,000 and subdivided the vast 1040 sqm parcel.
He spent around $300,000 on building a new home at the rear, with local agents suggesting the two properties are now worth around $1 million in total.

Bachelor favourite Nikki Gogan battles with ex-fiance over property portfolio

Rumoured winner of The Bachelor's last rose, Nikki Gogan has been spotted at her real estate agency office in her WA home town of Northam.
Gogan has been in the Northam Real Estate industry for 12 years and works at Howlett and Lawrence First National Northam.
Her <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/agent/nikki-gogan-91250" target="_blank">profile on realestate.com.au</a> advises she is currently studying to achieve her diploma in real estate and further her career to become a licensee.
Her last sale came at the end of July when she <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-wa-northam-122087366" target="_blank">sold a four bedroom</a>, one bathroom house for $230,000.
She has a number of properties still on her books, her most expensive being a four bedroom, two bathroom <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-wa-northam-122220222" target="_blank">Art Deco era home</a> which is on the market for $595,000.
Fellow Western Australian and The Bachelor Richie Strahan will pick a winner in the coming weeks, and Gogan is tipped to be one of the front runners of the show.
Gogan owns an impressive property portfolio in WA, all focused in Northam.
She shares two properties with her ex-fiance and partner of 12 years Tim Verlinden, and also has one of her own.
The ex-couple spent $540,000 on a four bedroom home in 2007 and then $406,000 on a three bedder in 2013.
Gogan's own purchase was a four bedroom, two bathroom property which she paid $350,000 for in 2008, which has been up for rent for between $390 and $420 a week.
Numerous hints have been dropped that Gogan hasn't been able to keep the fact she is the winner of the show a secret.
The most recent is that ex, Tim has placed a $1000 bet on her to win.

Bachelor contestant Nikki Gogan goes back to work at Perth real estate agency

Channel Ten's popular dating reality series The Bachelor Australia is moving to the semi-rural NSW suburb Glenorie and leaving behind its Hunters Hill mansion Clifton.
Season four will be filmed at the Spanish-theme Glenorie mansion, which is reported to be worth around $3.8 million.
The property hasn't traded since 1986 when the Pirina family paid $150,000 before completing the home in 1995.
Abbott Place is home to numerous million-dollar mansions, with the neighbouring home selling for $3.4 million in May last year. 
Despite the move from Clifton, The Bachelor contestants haven't downgraded, having access to an Olympic sized swimming pool and a tennis court on the two hectare property.
The Bachelor Australia was filmed in the inner-city suburb of Hunters Hill at a cost of $25,000 a week.
The show's first season was filmed at the $10 million La Joie de Vivre mansion in Bayview, then the heritage-listed waterfront estate Clifton in Hunters Hill.

Glenorie becomes The Bachelor home

The television couple Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski - who met on The Bachelor - have announced they have purchased a house in Melbourne.
With his fiancee, Wood, a fitness trainer, shared his purchase news on Instagram hashtagging "#family #fiance #future" in the caption. Nothing about the financing, but Title Tattle sees it was on the Gary Peer website as sold at $1.625 million.
"So ... the most incredible woman I've ever met and I just bought this beautiful little house," Sam told his 187,000 social media followers. 
<a href="https://www.garypeer.com.au/search/view/1-acacia-street-elsternwick/1737#.VpzYtMB94Us" target="_blank">The three bedroom, two bedroom Edwardian Elsternwick family home</a> has enough rooms for the couple and Snezana's 10-year-old daughter. 
Since The Bachelor finale last September, Snezana has been regularly flying east from her hometown of Perth.
<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/property-observer" target="_blank">Elsternwick's median house price sits at a record $1.37 million</a>, according to CoreLogic RP Data. 
Their house purchase last sold at $506,550 million in 2003.
It is one of the most traded homes in the suburb having sold at $250,000 in 1991 and $25,000 in 1977.
Since Markoski and Wood’s engagement there has been speculation that their wedding would become the subject of a fly-on-the-wall series for Channel 10.
